Chinese New Year And Extended Factory Shutdowns
CNY scheduled from Jan 20th – Feb 3rd
Due to Covid-19 outbreak CNY was extended to Feb 28th
 
PDI Focus on Keeping customer from going “line-down”
Expediting and prioritizing manufacturing based on need
Shipping Partial Quantities
Expediting freight from Ocean to Air
Using on-hand stock
 
Moving forward with some caution
Keeping manufacturing capacity around 80%
 
Business as usual
No reduction in new product inquiries
Had new projects launch during this period
Prototype lead times are still on track
Engineering turn time is still the same
Production lead times are getting back to normal, but still 1-2 weeks delayed
 
PDI is excempt of the Arizona stay at home order
Exemption as a supply chain for critical products
Can begin to dropship direct to customers from China if there is a complete local shutdown
 
Customers
Communicate significant schedule changes so we can react together
Please stick to agreed payment terms so we can protect our entire supply chain as well
